Underwhelming and very warm room

Liked: Cleaned regularly
Disliked: Extremely warm even in November. Pricey breakfast even though the spread was underwhelming.. staff charged us twice and never realised, no apology when this was brought up.If you don’t have a reason to stay right by the train station (work trip or travelling with small children) I would definitely find somewhere else more exciting better value for money

a good choise for a...

Liked: the location was next to train station and the shopping mall, a 20' walk from the city center. The room was spacious with all the amenities and the breakfast delicious
Disliked: the carpet in the room seemed old and dirty

Not good

Liked: This hotel is close to the Eurostar station. The room was large.
Disliked: The lighting in the room is terrible. We stayed one night before catching a train. The facilities in the room consisted of 2 tea bags - one Mint and one English Breakfast. There was a coffee machine with four pods but no instructions. No milk was provided. The reception area was loud and quite intimidating with a raucous game of table football being played. Very disappointed would not book again.
