A very pleasant stay.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant
Disliked: The room was cold the first night and I had to call reception several times to have it adjusted.it would be nice to have a minimal "food service" during the weekend.

Liked: Friendly staff.Very good location, in the city center.
Disliked: The swimming pool was cold! In winter temperatures should be increased.Swimming pool and sauna were dirty! More cleaning and attention in the spa area.

Liked: That the hotel was near the train station
Disliked: That it was still cloths in the room from the earlier customer, that didn't feel OK. I talked to the reception.

Not worth it

Liked: Convenient location by the train station. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Bad was uncomfortable, old madras. Spa was listed as available, just to find out on arrival that spa is out of order. They didn’t offer any compensation.
