Liked: The staff were very helpful. Any question i had was answered
Disliked: It was disgusting.. the room wasn't clean. So they moved my room... to a joined room with a linked door... its notated, I have stayed there many times years ago. It used to be stunning! Acceptable for business associates. Now.. no.. I would be embarrassed to bring a girl there. The swimming pool was slightly discoloured. The shower in the gym was caked in dust... it was so bad I offered to clean it for them... carpets are disgusting. Walls look terrible. There's mud smears in the reception area!!! No no... go to moxy hotel. Its cheaper and beautiful

Liked: We couldn’t believe the quality of room, food (breakfast)and facilities.The staff were helpful, approachable and worked at a exceptional high standard.Brilliant service all round would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again
