Disliked: No air conditioning but we were aware of this before hand. Something to upgrade in future? Room looked a little tired. Room 518. Could do with an upgrade.

Liked: There are no ac in the rooms and the small fan doesn’t really do anything And the windows can’t open so u do get hot inside the rooms

Liked: Clean & basic. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable , lots of springs digging in. Room was also very hot. Good location and overall fine, but expensive for what it was.

Liked: Staff were nice. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed but food was being served at the bar. One chef down. Half of our party was served but the other half didn’t get their food until over an hour later. Our children are small and almost too tired to eat. Then they brought the wrong order to us. The room was very hot. Uncomfortably so . There was maintenance work going on on our floor in the morning. And as I was about to vacate the room at 12, which was check out, there was the cleaning lady knocking on the door telling me it was check out. I was on time and didn’t not need the abrupt reminder.
