Liked: The location was good we did not eat breakfast as it was too expensive
Disliked: The family rooms are too small. The beds are nothing short of really uncomfortable

Noisy noisy loud party hotel.....Avoid...

Liked: held our bags when we arrived early
Disliked: Family room was provided directly underneath an exceptionally loud christmas party. could not get hold of reception to vent frustrations. We had our child with us and a full day of travel ahead so having less then 3 hours sleep due to being placed under a very loud party was beyond strange. when they were informed about this during check out the were of zero help or reassurance. no apology no what can we do to make it better...nothing. Avoid Avoid avoid.

Disliked: The bed was a bit too firm for me, woke up with backache.
