Comfortable but a little disappointing

Liked: Location is excellent, handy to everything. Good sized rooms.
Disliked: We picked this hotel because of the convenience of having a bar which we have used for evening snacks and a drink. The bar was closed for a function? Surprising seeing they have other function facilities. If we had known we would have booked elsewhere. Shower over bath not ideal.

It is poor.

Liked: The hotel was very nice on the outside but the inside was very poor. The room was tight, the bed was snaggy, the linen was of poor quality and the hot pools were very uninviting. The only nice part of the inside of the hotel was the bar/lounge. We were very disappointed but we put up with it for 3 nights because they would not refund our money because we booked it with booking.com

Worried about bed bugs. Location...

Disliked: There were bed bugs and I developed severe rashes
