Overall satisfied

Liked: Spacious room with comfortable bed, big TV and kettle.Great breakfast with a vast selection.Very nice and helpful staff.A lot of free parking space.Location is fine if you have a car.
Disliked: They could do with a step by the bath. It's too high to get into and especially getting out . Totally not suitable for elders and young children. In a four star I would expect a glass cup in the room for coffee not disposable ones.

Room not for 4 people!

Liked: Staff is quite supportive even tough they were not able to support our request for a diferent room. Breakfast is very good and abundant. Location is perfect.
Disliked: For a room of 4 people, we were give a double bed and a very small sofa bed to accomodate a 17 and 14 yearl old sons, which is not suficient. We cmplained in the mai reception and we were told that there are no rooms with bigger beds/Sofa beds to accomodate 2 teenagers. I'm guessing we will not be coming back to this one.

Liked: Cleaning staff were very helpful with the broken lift. parking available but disclaimer re safety
Disliked: quite a distance to the main attractions of Porta Gaia.

Disliked: location being so isolated.

Liked: The location was good. The hotel was quiet at night. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was good.
Disliked: The hot food at breakfast could have had more choice. I was charged €30. more than the booking price, for some reason. The room was on the small side.

Liked: Comfortable, clean and friendly.Parking was safe and easy.
Disliked: A bit more expensive than other large-group hotels and A little further out of the city than we thought but managed with taxis.Breakfast was a bit chaotic as guests see to com and go as they pleased, returning a few times for extra drinks/snacks and leaving debris anywhere!
