Lovely hotel but there is...

Liked: Great location. Very clean. Rooms were well appointed.
Disliked: The price was a little too high. I asked for some skim milk to be bought to our room as I can’t drink full cream but they didn’t have any even though they provide it with the breakfast service. It would be a good idea to provide alternative milks for in the room tea/coffee. Something to add to the booking system so it can be pre arranged.Breakfast was ok but the room was freezing so once you sat down with your hot breakfast it would be cold within seconds.
