Liked: The staff were fantastic. Room was what we needed. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious

the receptionist last day behavior...

Liked: The room was clean and we were provided a different room upon our request due to construction site right behind the hotel.
Disliked: There is one perosn at the reception who refused to let me take the luggage hand scale to my room for 5 min. Instead of walking me to my room to weigh my luggage, she instead insisted that I take my heavy cabin suitcase down to the reception to weigh it. I explained to her that this is not convenient because I will have to go out buy a new suitcase in case there is an overweight. At last, I took the suitcase down to the reception, then back to the room then few minutes down to the reception again with the suitcase waiting for a taxi. Her manner made me feel that there was no hospitality at all. It is unfortunate that I experienced this few hours from my departure flight. It crashed my entire trip experience. I hope this person will behave better in the future.

Liked: Great breakfast and the restaurant, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms and carpets have seen better times -- need renovation. Shower door weren't tight.
