Never staying at this hotel...

Liked: The location of the property and access to parking
Disliked: Unfriendly staff who do not know how to deliver a good customer service and do not know how to support family guests with their needs

A lovely stay in Paris

Liked: The location was very close of the Metro and bus station. I reccomand travelling by bus, because is very comfortable and gest you the chance to see Paris. Breakfast was tasty and it contain qualitative products ( not many, but quality is a priority). The rooftop bar has a wonderfull view. Everybody is willing to help you If you need Something.
Disliked: The room is very dark. You can not see inside the closet withouth phone lantern. The habit of guests leaving they plates near their door in hall, after eating, gives You the " opportunity" to step in food rests in your way to your room. Maybe a place at the end of the hall can be a solution.

Liked: The reception staff were the only ones who were friendly and approachable, standing out as the only approachable staff members.
Disliked: I booked a Classic Double Room with a city view. While I understand it was a Classic room, the size was far too small, and the promised city view turned out to be a view of a building under construction. Additionally, the breakfast restaurant manager, She was extremely unapproachable, responding to questions or requests with dismissive gestures, making it feel as though assisting customers was a burden. Furthermore, the manager on duty on the night of the 24th, who was wearing a left earring, was completely unprofessional. Their attitude made it seem as though they have a bias against Asian tourists. I will never return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone, especially families.

One of the best Hotels...

Liked: Just the best Hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable, cosy room. 2 minutes by foot from Subway. I have already recommend it my Friends;)
