Potential is there but pretty...

Liked: Beautiful general appearance and room clean.Room service was good if limited.
Disliked: Bathroom - shower flooded bathroom through door; water temp dangerously volatile esp for kids; jacuzzi bath broken.Staff - took 3 separate phone calls and email to organise a taxi pick up. Staff at hotel were flustered and took ages,kept interrupting each other.Aircon was terrible and we had to open all the windows - again pretty dangerous with small kids as windows are not child safe.

This is an excellent Hotel...

Liked: This is an excellent option for families traveling with children. A quiet and safety place, the car parking is fantastic, and it has bedrooms that communicate between them.
Disliked: It's not a luxury hotel. The staff doesn't speak portuguese. Another aspect is the fee that we need to transfer on check in.
