Liked: The service from Johnathan and another coworker that unfortunately I forgot his name. They were very professional and helpful for me and my family.
Disliked: The room was a little bit dirty in the bathroom and the linen as well.

It's perfect (personal opinion only)

Liked: The house is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, the breakfast ingredients are fresh, and it's very conveniently located, and most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent, and I wake up with energy every day.

Liked: Bit far from the center but 5 min walk from the metro. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the Rose restaurant Food was delicious
Disliked: We arrived late at night and the beds for the kids were not ready. We had to wait for someone to come after a long hour flight What really bothered us though is that when we checked in we paid for breakfast for 4 days. Every single day before breakfast we were told we hadn’t paid and we had to spend 10 minutes double checking the receipts. I asked them to note it down to avoid the same mistake again however 4 mornings in the row I had to explain I had paid and I was not crushing the buffet. It was insulting and a waste of time
