Disliked: I rarely comment, but something needs to be said. Bathroom shower was dangerously slippery, building entrance was not clearly signaged with current construction causing more confusion, our room had a noisy family above with crying and stomping, the minibar attendant barged into our room with his own key, shirtless guest scared my daughter in the hallway(it’s winter, there’s no pool) ,I didn’t get any of my reward perks, though reception acknowledged it, they blamed “the app” determines this (???), app is so slow and clunky, breakfast not on par with other 4 starred hotels in Paris, I’m not getting any All credit for this stay because I booked through a third party, while other hotel lines count stays regardless of how purchased.
