Fantastic accommodation in a great...
Liked: Location was sensational, staff were very friendly, the size of the room was good for a family, breakfast was lovely - the juicer was a nice touch!

Excellent location! Amenities lacking, staff...
Liked: Location was great, easy to get to via the Metro. It had a lot of surrounding restaurants.Free hot chocolate and candy at the lobby was nice.No issues with luggage storage and check in/out.
Disliked: Hotel was under renovation, signage was poor.We had asked for body lotion and more coffee, twice, and did not get any. They did give us hair conditioner, not sure if they understood lotion/moisturizer.We could not adjust room temperature, a bit too warm. Towel rack and safe was broken. Outlets: 2 EU and 1 UK only.We could not /not allowed to use the refrigerator. No ice/water available.No turn down service, we had to open the sofa bed ourselves.No clear directions regarding reuse of towels since it got folded up and we did not know if it was new or not.

Liked: Position of the Hotel and staff kindness
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation, check in area was too small, no common welcoming or sofa/conversational area, many facilities not available due to renovation, we should have been informed about these limitations and prices should have been reduced.

Superb
Liked: Breakfast was a nice variety of foods and a person to make omelets. All very nice. For the holiday breakfast was 0700 - 1100 which was very nice.
Disliked: Construction was going on and taxi had to drop us with luggage at the corner

Great location but disappointing experience
Liked: The location was great and staff welcoming.
Disliked: We paid for 3 nights parking but one of the vouchers didn’t work so after paying 32 euro a night times 3 we then had to pay an additional 40 euro to get our car out of the parking area. We have tried to seek a refund but to no effect which has led to a disappointing experience overall, especially considering the cost of the accommodation and reputation of Novotel.
