Fair not the best.

Liked: Bar was nice
Disliked: It’s hard to believe that a well-known hotel like Novotel doesn’t have a fridge or microwave in their rooms. When I called the receptionist about the microwave, I asked why it was only available for infants. He said they do have one, but it’s only for infants and is located downstairs. Then, he added that it wasn’t his fault. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
