The right choice! Perfect location...

Liked: The location was great! We went to see Sabrina Carpenter at the Accor Arena and we couldn't have been any closer! On top of this the Metro is right outside the hotel so no need to walk far and this took us directly to the eiffel tower in less than 20 minutes. Overall Amazing would definitely recommend!
Disliked: Breakfast was only until 9.30 on weekdays which is a bit early. It was until 11.30 on the weekend which was a perfect time and suited us better

It was no a good...

Liked: We liked that it was near metro and that it was near Bercy Village.
Disliked: The moment you walk in there is heavy smell of perfume or fragrance that gets attached to your clothes and for someone with allergies like me is a huge issue. Is almost like they are trying to mask other odors. The carpet is really dark and the place is very stuffy.

For what we needed it...

Liked: The location is great. Close to M14 and M6 as well as busses and Gare de Lyon. Great to reach the center but also for Disneyland.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. One day there was a mouse in the breakfast area. definitely not the greatest experience at breakfast.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room service was spotless. Came personally to check the blankets we additionally asked for. Breakfast was great. Good choices and good and spacious room
Disliked: I didn't like the central heating in the bedroom. We had a family room with four people and couldn't turn off the heating. Lowest temperature was set to 18.5°C which was way too warm for me. We kept the window open all time and couldn't turn off the heating. Wasting energy sucks

Liked: Thank you to Quentin, who provided an 'exceptional' service. I was very impressed with him. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, he catered very professionally for the guests. Well done Quentin.
