Liked: Nothing at all!
Disliked: Staff especially house keeping were horrible. I am lucky that i didnt get beaten! The person who suppose to clean the room were not polite or know how to talk to people. I am sorry say that but i never experienced like this situation in my life! I was shouted by the cleaner very loudly. I think the novotel of the name is fake! This cannot be novotel. I have complained when it happened hotel stuff said sorry 😁. In other words they can do anything and say “sorry” The moreover, you cannot breath inside the room. Better to a deep one before going in and hold it till you out of the room during the night! The window is closed and cannot be opened. We are lucky that we got one day got a fresh air after they yelled on me. If i knew this is the way i would got it in the first day. I saved the details of the hotel incase some people may need horrible experience to be offered.

Disliked: It was just a little bit further out from the city than I thought

Liked: The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The staff at the reception at night was very very unfriendly and not helpfull.My wife got sick at night with stomachache and the staff was very unfriendly, disrespectful and insulting.I would rate it -10!I won't book here anymore ever.

Terrible…

Disliked: The room was dirty, the bath was covered in mould, toilet’s walls were dirty too… It was a horrible stay. This hotel needs a full renovation.

Amazing stay

Liked: Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: The air con in our room didn’t seem to working properly.
