Just very relaxing.
Liked: Excellent location within easy walking distance of the cathedral and other historic sites. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Close to a number of good restaurants. Nice swimming pool and sauna area. And they let our dogs stay with us; there’s a park nearby with bins for disposing waste.
Disliked: Nothing.

Loved the facilities and the...
Liked: The proximity of the tramway was great, so was the parking on site. I enjoyed the pool/sauna area very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant was a great option for continuous restauration.
Disliked: The bed was a little small for 2 large people. The area is close to the train station and a lot of people were gathering at night close to the hotel - which isn't the most reassuring at times. The shower floor was slippery and could benefit from an anti-slipping liner.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect! Our room (510) was large and luxurious, and the restaurant attaches to the hotel is lovely. We really enjoyed talking to the lady on reception the day we checked in (sorry, we didn’t get her name) who could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing!

Superb
Disliked: There were some problems with the air-condition giving too much noise. But the staff (and craftsmen) solved the problem.
