Liked: A reasonably good breakfast.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs were cold. The bread was dry.

Passable

Liked: The staff was very nice and spoke impeccable english. The location is good and the hotel parking is very convenient
Disliked: Very basic very small except for sleeping it is impossible to spend time in the room it feels like a jail. Also in the bathroom there is mold and the room carpet looks/feels dirty

We shall want to return...

Disliked: Upstairs carpets corridors dull dark and not welcoming

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast. Clean and quiet. Some good lighting. 2 chairs. The attached restaurant was good.
Disliked: Bad room design. Very small with badly placed outlets. Only one side of bed and one under tv. No light or outlets by the mirror so don't plan on using any hair appliance. . Cabinets hard to use as there was little room to open. It is nasty to have a wc and you have to go to another room to wash your hands. There should not have been a separate room for shower and sink. Internet unstable.

Liked: not in the best part of Orleans, lots of trouble outside the hotel. whilst not the fault of the Hotel, it is worth people knowing that it is in a position where homeless people are gathering and being intimidating
