Liked: Quite good hotel.
Disliked: At arrival a guarantee-sum was blocked on may card for unknowns reasons and after a week is still blocked, although I asked twice for the release of that money, and the staff has promised me.

We had a wonderful one-night...

Liked: Great location in the center of Nuremberg. Pool and sauna facilities were fantastic. Child really enjoyed the pool and the large kids playroom. Breakfast selection was amazing. Really liked the hours of the pool and sauna and the late checkout allowed us to visit the pool in the afternoon and again in the morning before checking out.
Disliked: Room on street side wasn’t loud per se but we could hear street noises like emergency vehicles.

All in all, very good...

Liked: As always, rooms, spa area and food are on very good level
Disliked: For the first time, the experience was not really good with the stuff. A friend forgot his watch and I wanted to leave it at the reception but the employee was asking too many personal questions about the friend like a full name and the address... at the end, didn't want to take the watch as I didn't want to leave PII... Apparently the name was not sufficient... I'd really suggest organizing a training of GDPR as this was not in accordance to the EU regulations

Good place to stay while...

Liked: Great location near train station, local transportation and historic district. Very good breakfast. Nice room though some background noise from trains, lack of comfortable seating and only 3 hangers for the clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
Disliked: Wifi was slower than expected.
