Friendly staff and nice rooms

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was spacious and had a safe, cooler type fridge and a decent hairdryer.
Disliked: The food and drink is expensive and the hotel isn't located near anything eg a pub, shop etc

Liked: Good comfortable room. Pleasant hardworking staff. Good location for me.
Disliked: Cold shower!Lack of communication ordering dinner. We booked a table for dinner at 7pm, went to the table and waited probable 1/2hr for service no one came for our order. One of our group asked the bartender for a waiter and she told him he had to order food from the bar. When the meal was booked we should have been told to order food from the bar. Also no notification the food had to be ordered from the bar on the menu. The food was of very poor quality Pizza short of content and only tepid.

OK but not exceptional

Liked: Decent coffee facilities and it was quiet. Beer options were a tad limited but great apart from that. Breakfeast did not start until later than needed which meant I had to miss it despite having paid for it and refused a refund
Disliked: When we arrived we were told that breakfast did not start until 7.30am and we needed to leave at that time. I asked if we could get a refund on this as a result having paid for it, but was refused. Soemwhat unreasonable as it was not as if they had reserved a table etc
