Liked: Lovely shower room. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast ..excellent value.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the sheet did not fit the mattress very well. There was so little to tuck in that it slid about through the night.. a pet hate of mine sadly

Perfect motorway journey stop over...

Liked: Stunning value for money. Huge room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, trusted brand. Exactly what was need to split the journey to get some well needed rest. Happily worked from the room in the morning, plenty of natural light, no pressure on time.

Fantastic stay highly recommended.

Liked: Fantastic customer service. We had booked several rooms for one night and decided we needed an additional night. We had many requirements due to accessibility. With phone calls and emails their responses were timely with reassurance and the hotel were amazing at accommodating these. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were caring throughout our stay.
Disliked: Everything about our stay was just brilliant.

Lovely room, reception and staff....

Liked: The bedroom looked and smelled like it has been recently decorated. Extremely clean with nice little extras I.e. mini fridge with drinks, Nespresso machine and added toiletries.
Disliked: Walls are paper thin. I could hear consistent banging from about 1900-2200, which I went out to the corridor three times but couldn’t find anyone. Then loud noises from the corridor at approx. 02.30
