Disliked: Receptionist could be more welcoming and offer information to guests on arrival regarding amenities around the area like free shuttle bus going to the city.

Disappointing, do not recommend.

Liked: The views and location.
Disliked: Hotel was tired, not worth the money. Only stayed there to be able to use Accor points which the staff were not helpful with. Promised to sort out and call me back which never happened.

Disliked: Dirty Pool super dirty and very cold Aircon doesn’t work Fridge doesn’t work No amenities (head cap/ dental kit etc)Very small bed and uncomfortable mattress Very slow room service took them 2 hours to bring ice

Premium charge for average facilities

Disliked: Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed a bad odor and requested housekeeping to spray the room, but the odor persisted throughout my stay. IAdditionally, I was surprised to find only half a roll of toilet paper provided in the room and the hairdryer was faulty.The basin was cracked
