Excelent location close to the...

Liked: The air conditioner was set for winter (only warm). As the cooling was not working, we had to sleep with the window open, not ideal for a hotel so close to the airport. Besides that, this hotel was a very good choice.The breakfast was excelent and the location is perfect. The shuttle to the airport is a plus.

Liked: They provided airport transfer at 4am.
Disliked: I paid for my room before I arrived. But 2 of their staff said I didn't pay. It took them 5-6 hours to figure out.

Not novotel standard rooms

Liked: Location is excellent, next to shopping mall, close to airport and beach, restaurants.Parking was easy.Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was poor quality.No option of two proper beds, only a very uncomfortable sofa bed as second bed.Room was tiny and not comparable to other novotel hotels in other places. Not sound proof. Yiu can hear tge TV in the next room.
