Went on a hen doo to Newcastle and this was the only hotel we could all fit in to. I am glad because the rooms were nice and just big enough. Only down fall is with the rooms being warm had to leave windows open and was woke up by ppl waiting outside early hours for there taxis to the airport.. Would definitely recommend staying here. In fact i will be coming here on my hen doo if the price is ok.. Staff were very friendly and chatty too.

Liked: Hotel was beautifully decorated. I was there for a course for work and they were so accomodating. The food in the restaurant at breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent all three days I was there! And very reasonably priced! Staff were amazing and made the experience even better. Shout out to the manager Phil who ran around looking after us and doing everything to make my stay brilliant.
Disliked: Nothing all great

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Surprised there was a charge for parking (unless signing up for hotel chain loyalty program) - though this was pointed out at check in and fairly easy to do.

Perfect stop off

Liked: Comfortable beds. Good shower facilities. Room spotless and modern. Great location for airport. Nice to be able to get room service for breakfast after travel & late night arrival.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfy, friendly, would return

Liked: Clean, fresh and comfy beds. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great little play corner for kids and pool table for teens. Was just a flying visit with a very early start but I would return.
Disliked: Room was hot and smelled of weed
