Liked: Great location for the motorway for stopping off. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dog friendly.

Disliked: WC too little space and not connected to the bathroom, not the best solution

Liked: The front desk staff ( female) was very welcoming and was so nice to my dogs...
Disliked: The carpet in the room

Disliked: No english at the hotel.. after booking price they are asking for extra payment. The price that i got on the appmis nothing for them. They have difrent prices

this was the ideal location...

Liked: all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for a stopover on the way to Spain. sufficient parking outside and only a short way to the old town of Narbonne by car.

Value just off the highway

Liked: Very nice common facilities with lounges indoors and out, bar area, dining room, (kids play area, although we don’t have kids), swimming pool (not heated, hint to management- think Solar!) room was nice size, interesting with separate room for toilet. Staff spoke English and was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Far away from downtown, and taxi is about 20 Euros each way. Little parking downtown, so didn’t really leave the property. We did eat dinner on property and it was good.
