Great hotel - staff need...

Liked: How clean it was - looked very modern - lovely coffee shop with great staff in this area.
Disliked: Late long day getting to hotel / woke in the morning (pillows were like concrete) room was lovely. Left myself 30 mins to get ready before a meeting / no towels (tried calling reception twice) no answer (so could have a shower) as no time left. Toilet then broke - told reception as I left - said they would do it right away (6 hours later when I came back) still broke - reception said oh (we will get it done now) I said so you forgot - she said no - could tell she was lying (hate been lied to) and after all this still had the cheek to charge me 29 euros for breakfast. Pretty disgusted.
