Liked: Very good location
Disliked: Very weak shower, very hot room and no option to lower the temperature. I asked for a late check out at 1pm the day before and the receptionist said it would be offered free of charge as they had availability. On the morning of my departure, 3 different staff knocked on the door from 11am, asking if everything was all right, banging on the door and shouting check out. The first one knocked on the door a lot and still went in after I spoke to him. The second was extremely rude, shouting check our and slamming the door hard. The last member of staff was a receptionist asking if everything was all right and she was very rude. We opened the door and we were ready to leave - it was 12:30. We told her again that we had late check out and she left. This was disrespectful to us, for 3 people were rudely knocking on the door???? The breakfast was also extremely poor - no vegan options and very rude people. I've worked for Accor and the Novotel brand for 5 years and I've never seen that!
