Clean rooms; friendly and helpful staff; excellent food and service in hotel restaurant. Definitely will go back.

Liked: Had Dinner - supper at the Hotel it was excellent.
Disliked: The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Liked: My superior king size room was a great size, very clean with an extremely comfy bed. I liked the addition of a sofa. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near to metro, restaurants, the Bell Centre. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend the hotel as good place to stay.
Disliked: I ate a couple of times in the hotel restaurant for convenience. Food was just OK.

Liked: Great location- walking distance from Central Station and Saint Catherine Street (great shopping). Lots of restaurants close by.
Disliked: No in room fridge or microwave. No vending machines on site.

Hotel is in a great...

Liked: Staff on reception were super helpful, we had the date wrong for the Ice Hockey but the lovely lady on reception helped us get organized. They also gave us clear directions on how to get to various points of interest, shopping etc. Our room was large, bright and airy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind
