Disliked: It does not have a business center, which is very necessary if you travel by business.

Disliked: The hotel is being renovated, so there are multiple facilities that are not working, in addition to that the rooms are not modern and there were patches on the ceiling, I am assuming they will renovate the rooms in the future but it was inconvenient to stay there while there was construction going on.

Disliked: The hotel is under extensive renovation and Booking.com should put a discliamer on their website for clients booking this hotel. Facilities were limited due to renovation. After checked in, I found a bunch of female hair on my bed sheet ...gross...had to call front office late night and asked them to change my bed sheet, quilt, pillow covers as I had lost all hope of hygiene and cleanliness of my room. This poor standard of housekeeping at a branded hotel like Novotel was least expected. This was the second time i had stayed with them as i had very good experience on my first visit which was in 2019.

Disliked: Super old. Shower head was literally 4cm diameter. Breakfast below standard. Construction noise.
