Clean, friendly staff and good...

Liked: Good hotel with good facilities and close to public transport. The staff was very helpful and we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so that we could still explore Milan a bit on our last day.
Disliked: It is quite far from the centre of Milan, however is conveniently close to the airport. Also their shuttle service wasn’t running regularly enough on our last day so we couldn’t make use of it.

Liked: Close to LIN airport (6 minute taxi) securely stored our luggage until check-in. Tram stop across the road to get to the centre. Stylish reception/bar area. Better than expected for an 'airport' hotel

Pleastant stay, with a few...

Liked: Really good hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, and really welcoming staff. All-in-all was a pretty pleasant stay. A few minutes walk to the tram stop as well.
Disliked: Location wasn't that convenient. It's next to the airport - which is great, but it's 30-40 minutes tram ride to the city center, and there's not many convenience or food stores nearby. Food delivery solved that issue really easily though, so not a big issue. Not that sound proof though, but not that bad as the neighbors were not that noisy. View was a parking lot, and the window was only 1/4 of the wall. It was wife's my birthday, and I included it into the booking asking them to prepare something. Quite disappointing as I already had checked in late so they had plenty of time to prepare. I had to remind them through booking.com and only in the second night did they manage to prepare something. Not a surprise anymore at that point :) Lots of basic things missing - phone wasn't working so I had to go to the lobby to ask for towels, and some toiletries, but didn't bother me that much though I just expected more from an Accor property, and certainly better from Novotel.

Liked: Clean staff welcoming WiFiFood Decor great as usual I tend to stick to NovotelEase of transport links
Disliked: I had candle wax on the carpet not their fault however does need addressing.
