Comfy but unclean

Liked: It was really quiet, close to the tram station, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was not clean at all. First day in we saw a ladybug nest close to the window. Talked to the reception and they said they will clean it until we come back later in the day. When we arrived back at the hotel, the nest was still there, untouched. We talked again to the reception and they gave us a new room, which was nice. The new room's bathroom had a lot of pieces of hair from previous guests

Liked: Rooms are as usual for Accor hotels. Bed relatively comfortable
Disliked: One cannot really regulate the temperature in the room. Being in November, it has gotten cold but heating was not on ( at least it felt a bit chilly). Location is ok for airport but otherwise it is a bit of an industrial site.
