Liked: it was the right place
Disliked: it said free breakfast but it was not free. plus they charged for a service tip when they didn't do anything except to ask if wanted omelet or eggs.

It was ok, nothing extra
Liked: I love the hotel is modern and clean
Disliked: I don't like service charges 20% of the restaurant service. It's absolutly wierd to pay for the service when the hotel already provided food service. The management of the hotel moved the salary of thier employees to the clients side.

Best hotel in Florida and...
Liked: Nice, big and clean room, good location.Excellent breakfast- the best we have had in Florida. There was plenty of everything-fruit,cheese, pancakes, etc. I appreciate that we didn’t get plastic glasses and plates like in other hotels in Florida. Nice rooftop swimming pool. You can use public overnight parking nearby which costs less than official garage parking of the hotel. Nice area close to restaurants and shops in Brickell.
Disliked: There are just few things that they can improve. We visited the rooftop swimming pool and at 7:20 in the morning there were some empty glasses and plates around the swimming pool . At breakfast there were dry carrots which didn’t look well . It would be better if there weren’t any carrots.

Great location, outdated hotel, bad...
Liked: The only good thing about the hotel is that it’s in a great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars.
Disliked: The service was terrible, upon check in we were greeted with an unwelcoming person with attitude & sass, after a 9hr flight this is not what you need. The room was a good size but the bathroom was terrible, the sink was falling off the wall with broken pipes, the shower was a disability shower which no one requested & the shower floor had marks, chips & stains on it. The cleaners didn’t clean our room for days despite asking multiple times and booking in specific cleaning slots no one would come to our room and clean - a basic service of any hotel. There was also horrible bird poo stains on the window which was unpleasant to see every morning when opening your curtains, completely ruined the downtown view. The hotel also doesn’t provide complimentary robes or slippers you have to buy them & complimentary water is only provided on check in, you must purchase thereafter. Also the pool is not well maintained, there are only 6 pools beds, 5 of which were broken & the rest are couches, the layout is terrible & the pool service is not great either. Not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star.
