Superb

Liked: Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, lovely hot showers, and great views. A pet friendly hotel of this quality/value is unusual, and they were very welcoming to me and my dog. Restaurant/room service is good, and the bed was super comfortable. Good stay on the edge of the city (I was driving out and wanted a head start in the evening before I really started my roadtrip the next day).
Disliked: It is a little bit of a party hotel, so there were some noisy guests up moderately late. That being said, no one made noticeable noise past 2am, it's a big hotel, and the walls are pretty soundproof so you can only really hear people passing in the hallway.

Expensive without reason

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Decorations were stylish. Staff were very nice. Amenities were good.
Disliked: I paid extra for a suite with a tub. The A/C wasn't working when we got there. We asked for it to be looked at and for extra coffee pods while we got food which wasn't done when we came back. Then we realized the jets for the tub weren't working. We called the front desk who told us to call maintenance about the A/C and tub jets, we didn't want to bother with that at this point in the night so we left it as is. They sent up maintenance long afterward anyway which was just unnecessary at that point having already used the tub without jets. Afterward, we noticed the sink drain was stuck so we couldn't use the sink for the whole night. My girlfriend goes to turn the table side light on to read while I go to sleep and the light is flickering non-stop. Just felt like the room was falling apart. Not worth the price we paid at all.

Liked: The Hotel is located in a busy area in Toreo, an equally busy location outside the city centre. Easy to access and very clean. The staff are excellent and would do all within their powers to render services
Disliked: The location is slightly outside the city centre and because of the traffic, may take up to an hour to get to the city centre depending on the time of the day.

Disliked: THERE IS NO VALET SERVICE OR SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP WITH LUGGAGE. THAT IS A BIG MINUS.
