Liked: Staff, breakfast, room - all was great. Special thanks to the hostess who helped us resolve the plane ticket issue. She was beyond excellent!
Disliked: The location could be better, but that’s not the hotel's fault, of course. I’d recommend staying in Polanco, Roma, etc

Breakfast, Staff and room are...

Liked: Breakfast is very good, Antonio in the mornings is excellent. No bacon or sausages, but they will do eggs fresh , omelettes, fruit and other items everyday…that were questionable items. Fettuccine Alfredo, teriyaki chicken just to name a few. Definitely catering to their Asian clients.
Disliked: Location is not that great. The neighborhood for the first 6 blocks in every direction is not very desirable. A lot of poverty around the hotel. Some might not feel safe walking after 10 pm on weeknights. Our upgraded room sided onto the main road and a lot of road noise.

Comfortable base for exploring Mexico...

Liked: Breakfast is a varied and generous buffet and dining room staff are very attentive. Nice to be able to get a drink or a meal in the pleasant cafe at any time. Room and shower spacious and comfortable. Good location in Historic Centre, twenty minute walk from central square. Helpful reception staff.

Superb

Liked: Location is perfect and very central in the city. I got a room which was very quiet. Breakfast was amazing good with lot of variety to choose from. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

Liked: Great hotel to stay and delicious food- Room is not soundproof and sleep can be disturbed if you have noisy neighbours - Far from great restaurants
