A little disappointing for Novotel

Liked: Lovely staff, stylish decor, clean and new
Disliked: The room was cramped. There was nowhere to put suitcases without blocking walkways.There was a small table, but no work desk and the light switches were impossible to find and distinguish between all the switches, meaning you had to turn mutltiple lights on or off numerous times until you found the correct switch.
