Liked: The beds were super comfortable. Our room was very clean. A great size for the 4 of us, right in the heart of the cbd. With great food and shopping all within walking distance. Will use Novotel Melbourne Central when staying in Melbourne next time.

Great inner CBD hotel consider...

Liked: The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was beautiful.
Disliked: The check in and out process was clunky and slow .the carpark was too expensive for Melbourne on the weekend. At check out time only one person is allocated to bring your car back , this took a long time . The only car parking was valet and it cost $80 from check in to 1 pm. Then $20 per hour to keep the car there after that. This meant I moved the car to a $15 all day park.
