A pleasant enough hotel, with...

Liked: Traveled to the location for a family funeral. The location was ideal, with free parking. The staff were really helpful & friendly throughout. The room was comfortable, spacious and ideal for our needs.
Disliked: Most of the food on the buffet breakfast had been sitting for sometime, and some of the items were cold. There is also a limited choice of drinks at the bsr.

Liked: The room I was given was having issues with the key. Waited half an hour to get that fixed . No free early checkin. I was really impressed by park plaza hotel staff they were soo good .I was promised a superior room but that room was below average .

Liked: Quiet environment with very relaxing lighting in the room.

Comfy and quiet.

Liked: Very clean. AC working well (although a bit noisy, see below). Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel, despite being next to the motorway. On the downsides, AC was too noisy (not loud, but kind of clattering, so we had to turn it off during the night), and leak in the bathroom, floor was flooded after a shower.

Overall very satisfied
