Our favourite hotel when visiting...

Liked: Very clean and friendly hotel with plenty of parking. Our standard room was relatively spacious and well appointed. The large sofa was good for relaxing at the end of a busy day.Overall breakfast was good value and plentiful and it set us up for the day. Good choice of teas and even fresh root ginger for ginger tea.The hotel is an easy to find, ideal base for visiting RHS Bridgewater and exploring the Bridgewater Canal.
Disliked: Lighting levels were rather low for reading at night on the settee in our room. Rather a limited choice of coffees from the restaurant machine at breakfast time.

Reasonable stay

Liked: It was in a convenient location with good parking. Room was standard, fairly comfortable.
Disliked: Fairly expensive for what you get:standard of the room. A little bit dated although my room may not have been updated (the downstairs was very up to date)

Welcoming hotel

Liked: Great hotel, easy parking (remember to register your car Reg), spotless & warm room with lovely shower. Breakfast options were very comprehensive. Best of all the staff were very welcoming. Will use this hotel again.

Very good

A comfortable stay

Liked: Spacious room, clean, good lighting, pleasant and welcoming staff, nice breakfast.
Disliked: The optional nonslip mat for showering hadn't been cleaned, it was folded up & moldy with a couple of long hairs on.

Disliked: No Steak and Ale Pie available in restaurant

Disliked: no water whatsoever

Great stay perfect location

Liked: All good, plenty of space in the room, like the water refills in the lobby such a good idea. Feel breakfast is a little over priced compared to Premier inn who give you exactly the same choices for a less price.
