Enjoyed this hotel; it was clean; staff were friendly and it felt luxurious for the price. Highly recommend.

Liked: The hotel was clean; service was good. The hotel itself is in a good spot and felt it was a high standard for the price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good stay however my first impression was reception.

Liked: Clean room and nice hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff not very helpful on checking in. They never asked us for help with bags and stuff nor did they show us the route to the lifts or to the room - left us turning around in the entrance. Talking amongst each other was more important than helping guests out. However when checking out, they were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Room was a lovely big size for 3 off us 1 adult 2 kids.great room even for me facing my car on the street was a bonus
Disliked: Apart from cosmetics scratch on the side, lamp broken/missing part reading light.. not a bother to me but could get it fix.. that's all really as say not really spent enough time in the room to notice any negatives.
