Enjoyed this hotel; it was clean; staff were friendly and it felt luxurious for the price. Highly recommend.

Liked: The hotel was clean; service was good. The hotel itself is in a good spot and felt it was a high standard for the price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good stay however my first impression was reception.

Liked: Clean room and nice hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff not very helpful on checking in. They never asked us for help with bags and stuff nor did they show us the route to the lifts or to the room - left us turning around in the entrance. Talking amongst each other was more important than helping guests out. However when checking out, they were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, left with back ache and not much sleepBreakfast had to wait for food lack of cooked breakfast on the hot counter.

Satisfactory, but hoped for better...

Liked: Location was great. Room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Staff provided extra quilts promptly as it was cold!
Disliked: Room was quite cold. Breakfast was average. Half the USB ports in the room did not work. Had to have room keys recoded as they did not work. View from the room was non-existent.
