Enjoyed this hotel; it was clean; staff were friendly and it felt luxurious for the price. Highly recommend.

Liked: The hotel was clean; service was good. The hotel itself is in a good spot and felt it was a high standard for the price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good stay however my first impression was reception.

Liked: Clean room and nice hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff not very helpful on checking in. They never asked us for help with bags and stuff nor did they show us the route to the lifts or to the room - left us turning around in the entrance. Talking amongst each other was more important than helping guests out. However when checking out, they were friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location was good and check-in and check out were efficient. The bed was comfortable and quiet to enable a good night's sleep.
Disliked: The room was rundown and needed updating. The toilet cubicle has cobwebs in the corner and the panelling behind the toilet didn't look well done. The carpet was stained, it just needs modernising and updating.

Liked: Located in a safe area and close to several basic amenities... staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly... Louisa was superb...
Disliked: very easy to sit down for breakfast.. In addition, duty staff helped me organise my taxi to the airport with family including young kids... well done to all..
