Enjoyed this hotel; it was clean; staff were friendly and it felt luxurious for the price. Highly recommend.

Liked: The hotel was clean; service was good. The hotel itself is in a good spot and felt it was a high standard for the price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good stay however my first impression was reception.

Liked: Clean room and nice hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff not very helpful on checking in. They never asked us for help with bags and stuff nor did they show us the route to the lifts or to the room - left us turning around in the entrance. Talking amongst each other was more important than helping guests out. However when checking out, they were friendly and helpful.

Superb

Liked: Superb location...great buffet breakfast with kids free...nice restaurant to feed family..glad I stayed...father with 2 kids

Room wasn’t ready, no cot...

Liked: It is based on a good location.
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude. We arrived at 11pm and our room wasn’t ready. They didnt provide a baby cot initially and were very rude to us after a full day travelling with children.

Nice hotel to stay I’m...

Liked: The room was a good size where we stayed , clean and well presented hotel.The bathroom was great with a lovely rainfall shower. There were plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, too. Good nice breakfast with good choice.The location is absolutely fantastic for everything in the city centre and close to the main train station. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Liked: 2 menbers of staff were polite and nice.
Disliked: Cold room, no maintenance, so got a dodgy radiator, got charged twice by the hotel still no refund, sheets wete ripped and didnt fit the bed just some if the complaints. Would not recommend. The novotel in liverpool is so much better.

Very good

Liked: A very good central Manchester location. The bedroom was really quiet. The staff were professional and friendly.
Disliked: Strange see-though glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was very odd. There needs to be a way to close this off if guests want this.

Superb

Liked: Location was brilliant , price was great.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner. I mentioned that the pillows were dirty to reception but nobody came up. Pillows were not proper pillows, there wasn’t much cushion.
