Disliked: I have a bad hip and can't stand in a shower. There was no opportunity for a bath. Many older people have joint problems - why not ask us whether we'd like a shower or a bath?

Disliked: AC was not working, old rooms, no service at the bar in the lobby. Overall a negative experience.

Liked: -The Novotel bear at the entrance- Staff who roam around all have English skills and are polite when you check-in (there is no typical reception desk as it is self check-in however there is always a staff around the computer-Popular for those who want to watch a Madrid soccer game especially weekends the hotel is very busy and packed with children-Breakfast menu was great! Lots of variety of dishes to accommodate
Disliked: -Dinner restaurant cant accomodate tourist dinner times as does not open at 5pm -it only opens at 7.30pm- hard when you have children you just have to go out for an early dinner or order UBER eats (Plenty of great food on Uber eats!)-Room size are smaller side -You will need to Uber or Cab it everywhere as its just off a freeway and not easily accessible to walking to anywhere as its very far off main tourist destination sights

Liked: Beautifully kept and modern
Disliked: Far from the centre of Madrid

Great stay and silent location...

Liked: The Staff was very friendly and they have helped me to do a late check in as well as late check out. Everything went well with the stay. The sofa bed was not great but not bad too.
Disliked: The bath lock was not working. It takes time to go to central city and the nearest Metro is not walk-able for small kids. Adults can walk but takes extra time to reach the city center. Breakfast was a standard one.
