Nice hotel next to Ifema

Liked: Nice hotel next to Ifema. The hotel is modern and the facilities are newer.

Passable

Disliked: The room price due to the event in the madrid feria was extremly high, but it does not mean that rooms should be so much demoligzed and no milk since monthes for the coffee, totally careless manegment in this point. The mantnaince staff is not enogh! IM coming for 20 years to your hotel, this time it was real not okay. The staff of course is very polite

Liked: - Close to metro station;- coffee shops and restaurants around- Very good breakfast
Disliked: - Payed parking without direct acess to the hotel- Air conditioner did not work properly, very harm temperature in the room and adjust of AC was limited
