Disliked: for a 4-star hotel, i was not satisfied about the general status of the Hotel; it is a 3-star hotel, the equipment is in general old fashion and the general impression is not familiar with a 4-star hotel. Not comparable with the 4-star van der Falk hotel near by.also: Reception was not occupied at 6.30 o´clock; it was only possible to receive NL-TV-channels; my remark at the reception that it was not possible to receive German channels, I receive only the feedback, yes this is known. The Breakfast was ok.

Excellent hotels with their names...
Liked: The food at the restaurant was good. The beds were comfy and the room was big. They also had extra pillows. The room temperature and heater was also comfortable.
Disliked: If someone is not traveling with a car it's difficult to move around with public transport as the transport only crosses twice an hour. There were also no nereby restaurants and on weekends the restaurant is closed for dinner. So it's difficult to get some food for dinner on weekends. Considering there is no nearby restaurants they should keep the restaurant open with some basic menus. The fries are not enough for dinner.

Liked: The hotel provided us with a spacious room. The provided breakfast buffet was delicious. The Wi-Fi was stable enough to be able to play some games online. They have good initiatives in place to help the environment.It’s very easy to get to the centre of Maastricht from the hotel.
Disliked: The room, plus the building, did not feel like a very high quality space. The interior felt a bit outdated and the lift was very unstable. Paying for parking at the hotel is something I already find unacceptable. However , since for some reason the camera couldn’t scan my license plate, I had to notify reception every single time I wanted to use my car and leave the parking lot.
