Comfortable room in a good...

Liked: Comfortable room, practical furniture and well positioned power points. Well isolated from outside and corridors, very quiet. Good coffee machine in the room.
Disliked: Garage is not well indicated and quite complex to access and exit. TV has mostly french channels and very little choice of international channels.

Terrible experience

Liked: Nothing. terrible experience.
Disliked: I booked and paid for a room for my mum for one night.upon arrival the hotel managed to block her bank card (they acknowledged that they did) without telling her.She was unable to pay for food that evening because of this incident. Also, her bed had a blood stain. She complained and got given a room that wasn't done/ready.Terrible experience.
