Liked: Staff, great bar and restaurant. Breakfast was fab, so much choice. Suite was lovely. Really peaceful.
Disliked: Sofa bed was awful. The creaking and squeaking every time someone moved kept us all awake,.even though we were in the separate bedroom with the doors closed. The saloon doors on the bathroom were useless. Zero privacy.

Liked: I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was the worst and dirtiest place I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, the entire property felt neglected and filthy. The rooms were a nightmare—stained carpets, dirty walls, and a foul odor that seemed to linger everywhere. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and grime on every surface. The linens looked unwashed, and the overall hygiene was appalling.The staff was indifferent and seemed to care little about the guests’ concerns. I highly advise avoiding this place at all costs. It’s simply not worth the risk to your health or peace of mind.

Save your money go elsewhere.

Disliked: There were dirty nappies in the room so the cleaning before you enter your rooms does not happen! It is not up to standard of Novotel in every other country.
