If you want to make an overnight stay of your trip to Wembley Stadium or OVO Arena this hotel is a great option. Fantastic location, good bar and restaurant and friendly staff.
Liked: Fantastic location to both Wembley Stadium and Arena. Loads of places to eat before a show or you can eat at the hotel. Great breakfast in the morning which can be taken at a leisurely pace. Room clean, comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing.

Incredible.
Liked: Property was in a great location, beds were so comfortable, staff were the best! They went above and beyond numerous times throughout our stay. My child has additional needs and they were in contact before our arrival, they made our stay that little bit less difficult by everything they need (which they did not have to do). Even putting balloons, cards and chocolates in our room for my sons birthday (so thoughtful) They kept checking to see if our room was ready too (this was before our check in time) as they could see my son was getting agitated. Honestly, that is just a few things. There was countless others. Troye was amazing beforehand sorting lots out, I also wish I got the two gentlemen’s names on reception to personally thank them but I did not catch their names both were compassionate and just great people. If you are looking to stay in London, a family friendly hotel, who value their guests and go above and beyond. Look no further. We would not stay anywhere else when travelling into London again.

Staff are outstanding.
Liked: All the staff go above and beyond to help, every single one I came into contact with was super helpful. Sam in particular, helped us immensely with parking and went out of his way to make sure we were OK.
Disliked: Needs a bit of an update and possibly bigger restaurant and definitely bigger car park. Also, facility to pre book parking for guests.

Would stay again maybe not...
Liked: Location very good was clean and comfy
Disliked: Friday and Saturday box park is open till 1am it was noisy to noisy even with windows and curtains shut Breakfast was fine some some limited choices bit of a bun fight really would be nice if coffee etc was served would cut down on the congestion

Noisy with no sleep
Liked: Hotel was in a great location for the stadium and arena, the room was clean, however the shower was cold and the power of the water was poor. The room was extremely hot with the aircon only going as low as 19 degrees. The corridor noise was loud. We were offered a room with a view, DO NOT take these rooms as you will be attempting to sleep on the dance floor of a nightclub. The Box Park building which is part of your view had very very loud music playing until midnight and the boy racers revving their cars in the macdonalds car park (also part of your view) as if they were getting ready for a F1 race went on until the early hours. People walking past the hotel to catch the train was also very loud and the windows were closed tight. This room is noisy. We had very little sleep. If you’re going out in Wembley and not returning to this hotel until 3am then this hotel is perfect for you, if your planning on returning to your room at 10:30 and attempting to sleep, book somewhere else.
