If you want to make an overnight stay of your trip to Wembley Stadium or OVO Arena this hotel is a great option. Fantastic location, good bar and restaurant and friendly staff.

Liked: Fantastic location to both Wembley Stadium and Arena. Loads of places to eat before a show or you can eat at the hotel. Great breakfast in the morning which can be taken at a leisurely pace. Room clean, comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location was VERY good. The breakfast was delicious. The room was hard to adjust the temperature and a portion of my additional stay, the ventilation was making rattling noises.
Disliked: the noise from the vents.

Stressful at first but got...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfort, food, some staff.I also though it was really good that you only allowed hotels staff into the hotel when the Carabao Cup Final was on, be it a few non hotel guests did sneak in.
Disliked: I purposefully booked this hotel because one of my children is disabled (wheelchair) and the hotel came with parking.However much to my disappointment, on arrival, the parking barrier was down with a sign saying 'Full' and I was told by your Reception that I would need to park elsewhere. After a lot of upheaval and effort, I was told by the duty manger that there were in fact 2 x free parking spaces and he allowed me into the car park.The rest of the stay was good and as expected, but a real shame for the disruptive and stressful start.You need to be better at communicating and managing expectations with your customers in advance.

Good value for money hotel

Liked: Nice hotel (good value for money). Close to metro, supermarket and restaurants. Nice and clean hotel
Disliked: Perfect gym. Pity that some tools weren’t working.

Liked: Room was very basic, but clean. Towels were clean but old/tired & no bath mats - you had to call reception or housekeeping for a bath mat ?? If you have a bath/Shower in your room - you have to expect you are going to get a bath mat ??Breakfast was tasty, hot & good.Location for Wembley was excellent.
Disliked: Value for money was shocking £150/night room for £450 - just because there was an event on at Wembley - but location was excellent.The hotel was pretty full with Football supporters for the Final - but the Bar was crammed & to only have 2 bar staff serving what i would guess to be around 150 people after the game - was very poor & created long waiting times to get served every time you wanted to a drink ?
