loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Liked: The reception staff were very warm, welcoming and informative. They gave me a rundown on the rooms available, their price ranges and ability decide if I want to upgrade or which room best suited my needs. All rooms have been renovated and are very clean and modern so I had no issue with the lowest tier of room. I did spend some time in the lobby bar, the main bartender (I did not get his name) was a bit rude and snarky but the drinks were good overall.

Liked: I booked a few nights without breakfast included.The hotel offered my 15-year-old son free breakfast during our entire stay (3 breakfasts in total).That was a pleasant surprise as I was not aware of this before arriving to the hotel.However, I suggest communicating this option to guests more clearly upon arrival.I found out about it by chance, only when I decided to pay for breakfast.

Liked: Having stayed at nearby 4 star hotels, this didn’t compare, breakfast service was poor, too many people and not enough choice / options, no omelette station. Food for dinner in the restaurant, requested a gluten free bun with my burger and received two slices of bread! Gluten free buns are easily accessible from any supermarket.Lack of toiletries in the bathroom, no bedside tables either side of double bed, we had a family room and had zero space between the beds. Thankfully we used the room for sleeping only and spent most of time in London outside of the hotel. We’ll return to nearby Hilton or Leonardo Royal for our next family trip.
