loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Fantastic Family Hotel - Well...

Liked: Fantastic Location. 2 min walk to Tube Station. 5 min walk to the Tower of London. 8min walk to Uber Boats. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make the children feel welcome. Room was spacious and despite being in the heart of London was quiet. Clean and Lovely Big Shower.Restaurant and Bar was family friendly. Breakfast was great - available was a Full English Breakfast, Pancake Machine (which the kids loved), Cereal, Pastries, Fruit, Cheese etc

Liked: We loved the room that we had, clean and neat and lovely bathroom. Despite some of the problems faced with the room we enjoyed our stay
Disliked: When we used the air conditioning unit we noticed a very bad smell coming from it when in use as well as it not working properly (way to hot at night despite the air con on). Also noticed the bathroom had a privacy glass feature but the button did not work. Also had to mess about with the plugs to get the kettle working. We would like some more tea bags in the room as for two of us two tea bags was enough for 1 cup of tea.

Liked: Great location which was easy to get to from the airport by public transport and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
