Excellent location, helpful staff, would...

Liked: Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, good very good, lovely clean hotel with good facilities.
Disliked: Mattress very firm. Other than this, we found Novotel Paddington to be excellent.

Lovely, central. Very attentive pleasant...

Liked: Everything was great. My only observation was the restaurant area was freezing! We ate there twice, food was nice.
Disliked: As above. Cold restaurant

Liked: Staff were very helpful, professional and polite
Disliked: Window blocked by scaffolding and scaffolding sheets allowing no view at all and builders/scaffolders walled past without warning. Whilst it was mentioned that the facade was being refurbished it was not mentioned that it would encroach onto the bedrooms.
