Excellent value and location for...

Liked: The location is excellent if travelling into Paddingron and the hotel stored our bags while we were sight seeing. Little Venice is right next door, colourful and vibrant. It is a pedestrian area so ideal for families. The breakfast is good, plenty of choice and not too busy whenever we went.

Lovely break

Liked: Great stay. Much more comfortable this time now I knew I could open the windows! Our room was also cleaned when we were there, with fresh towels and the bin emptied (this didn't happen on previous occasions).There was a bit of noise on the Sunday evening from the club/bar opposite but I wear ear plugs so it didn't affect my sleep but I could imagine others may have had their sleep disrupted

Liked: Great location to Paddington station. Good size rooms and great staff.

Liked: Modern hotel but room lacked plug points. There were 2 free ones at most. Location is close to paddington station but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re bringing elderly parents as you’ll have to spend more on Uber and taxi to get here. Uber also cannot enter past the security, so we were charged extra for the waiting time as we had to walk all the way out the area. Wished the hotel gave a heads up on this

Only stay if you need...

Liked: The gym and pool area were great.
Disliked: Having stayed here three times over the past 18 months, it's clear there is an issue with management, the building and ventilation and hit-and-miss staff experiences. I have never ever slept well here. It's basically a corporate hotel with a nice ground floor recently renovated, and then the rest is very old. It's odd that the lockers in the spa area require you to leave a coin deposit, something I have never had at a hotel that aims to brand itself as premium and £300 per night. The rooms are so hot, and the small fan from reception doesn't improve it.
