Comfortable with very friendly staff...

Liked: Room was comfortable if a little noisy with the railway just below the window. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and well cooked.
Disliked: The noise from the trains made sleep difficult. Get a room on the other side of the hotel!

Lovely hotel, great location.

Liked: My one grievance was that we asked for rooms either beside each other or connected and the property responded to say yes, that request would be fulfilled no problem but on the day they then said we couldn’t which was disappointing and made the logistics for us to manage a family of 7 a lot trickier so wasn’t as relaxing as we would have liked.

Great value for the hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was not the highlight for us. We did enjoy the proximity to the train and friendly service at the front desk.
Disliked: At check in, we received a room that was not “show ready”. It had a lot of carpet stains and we asked to be moved. The front desk promptly offered us another room. It was on the first floor, which they cautioned us that it might be noisy, but it was not! It was perfect! Thank you for the hospitality .
