Grst for working at Excel...

Liked: Location excellent for Excel. Staff were great apart from the lady welcoming you for breakfast. She was quite rude and harsh, decided not to take breakfast after the first day. Apart from that it was excellent as you would expect. On-site parking excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast attendant.

The only good things were...

Liked: The food was good quality in the morning. Had to ask for things but the staff were helpful
Disliked: I usually stay at Premier inn, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are always clean.Only 1 large and 1 small towel for 3 adults. Had to ask for more towels, coffee and toilet rolls. The main mattress was faulty. Instead of changing they had put a mattress topper on top. This moved in the night and was uncomfortable. On both beds the under sheet does not stay and moved in the night. This was because they were not a fitted sheet.I was told that carpark on the hotel would be £15.00 and off side would be £25.00

Liked: Location was amazing . Hotel has a nice bright reception area and good parking. shops and restaurants all in walking distant
Disliked: No water supplied which I found strange. Room was a little tired, marks on the floor outside the shower wall (next to bed) . check in was slow as only 2 members and a large party was checking in at the same time. My room wasn't cleaned - maid arrived after 4.30pm when I had returned from work .

Liked: Location excellent, amenities excellent and size of room very good
Disliked: Mattress and pillows uncomfortable and bar closed too early.Surprised that a hotel that is next to a large convention center closes its food and bar service by 11.30pm. Finished dance competition late and no food or drinks available two nights in a row.
