Liked: Fantastic location , Beautiful room my Bed was very comfy . Very clean Hotel Great staff I will definitely be back.

Liked: My stay was very bad, wrong room as room wasn’t ready and was still sent there, replacement room had no view, I had booked a room with a veiw. Also given a room that was not an executive room. No air conditioning. Staff were rude, I was stuck in car park due to barrier breakdown. Offered free drink voucher then told I could only use it for beer or wine! So left it on counter and paid for my drinks. I gave it to another guest to use in the end. Staff were not bothered and very very very rude. All in all a disaster with no compensation offered or even hinted. Bery bad service!
