Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful.Bed was comfortable.Room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but some things were a little on the colder side. But there was a good selection.l to choose from.

Liked: Amazing view of London Skyline from our room! The pool, sauna and gym room.

Dissapointingly expensive. Would choose Premier...

Liked: Asalways room service breakfast was just about warm. No thot enough. No parking at Hotel. Sky bar menu wa sbetter than the restaurnat menu which wa svery limited.
Disliked: as above plus room was odd shape an dnot as roomy as Premier INN!No view from windows in sky bar due to rain. shoudl consider magicman.co.uk to coat with nano coating all windows to rpevent rain and dirt sticking to windows. A very quic and cheap solution.

A fantastic stay with excellent...

Liked: The room and bed is excellent, and the spa and restaurant facilities are fantastic.
Disliked: Had trouble connecting my iPhone to the TV, and the shower is quite small.

Basic, not worth the price.

Liked: I thought the reception was nicely decorated.The shower was spacious and good water pressure, and lovely rituals toiletries in the bathroom.I loved that there was a fridge in the room.
Disliked: Difficult to get to, took me over 30 mins to find.The kettle and other basic lights were not working in the room.The AC was not working. The bed could have been more comfortable.
