Liked: I stayed here for one night after the Heathrow shutdown. It was a last minute booking for 2 nights originally. I changed to one night before I arrived and confirmed that when I checked in & was told it was all sorted. I then physically checked out the next day. The hotel then charged me for both nights and after 3 weeks is now just ignoring my messages. I had to call the hotel from overseas who told me they would correct it and email me a confirmation. I never heard anything from them again. I’ve resorted to leaving this review in the hope that someone will actually respond to me.Booking have also not helped

Liked: The breakfast was really excellent and well worth the money. The bar was very trendy, the food (dinner) was great and the fact that there was live music on when we arrived was a delight.
Disliked: The temperature in the room - Too hot! It wasn't possible to cool the room except by opening the window, which brings in all the sounds from outside
