Liked: We came here after flying back from Las Vegas and getting married, we were very tired after a long flight and the lovely guy on reception upgraded us and we got complimentary breakfast! Thank you so much! The hotel is gorgeous, everything about it, all the little features. Food was gorgeous and really well priced for what you get! We throughly enjoyed the swimming and gym, very clean and we had the whole place to ourselves!
Disliked: The only thing if we were going to mention something would be that I couldn’t get the sky to work and when it was on Freeview the tv kept going a weird colour so might need looking at (room 319)

Great Novotel with good pool...

Liked: The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and is a key reason why I chose to stay at Novotels. The bed in Brentford was particularly comfy.
Disliked: The sauna was a key selling point of this hotel. However upon getting into the pool area, the sauna door didn’t actually close fully meaning that the temperature was around 48 degrees. In the morning I went down for a swim and a sauna before work. However the sauna although stating opens at 6:30 going down at 8am it was at 27 degrees. This was quite disappointing. Final point is that the TV OS was very locked down. I was hoping to sign into Prime Video to watch the football however due to the custom OS this was not possible. So remember to bring a HDMI cable.
