Liked: Overall good location, good staff. The room could and should be. Over for a family room.

Liked: Arrived early and didn't expect room to be available but wanted to drop off bags. Was advised that room was available and was able to check in which was highly appreciated after a long flight. Buffet breakfast was very good and a highlight for our boys.
Disliked: On the last day the wait staff in the restaurant wasn't keen to do a coffee and seemed like the would prefer I got one from the machine. The coffee wasn't great. This is only a very minor negative.

Great hotel in a good...

Liked: Great hotel, exceeded our expectations. We went to London for my partners 40th and was upgraded to a room on the 11th floor which was a lovely touch! The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. We even took the opportunity to use the pool the next day before checkout and my parent used the gym.Location wise this was perfect, 3 minute walk to the tube station which meant travelling around London was super easy! I’d definitely recommended staying at this hotel again, there was a good breakfast selection also for those of you who like a cooked breakfast.
