Good value for money

Liked: The room was well laid out, clean and had what we needed for the trip. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Staff were standing around talking although there were customers waiting to check in - apart from that perfect.

Disliked: No information in the room regarding using the pool! I was interested in using the pool but too shy to ask so I think perhaps maybe could benefit from having a little bit of information in the rooms regarding that, opening times and if there’s lockers ect downstairs

Great location and great staff

Liked: We stayed here whilst going to an event at The O2, it was perfectly located to get back quickly. I added on the birthday package on after booking as it was my wife's birthday and we had a great room with a balcony looking out to the shard!
Disliked: We were pretty happy with everything on our stay, only thing the water wasn't really hot on the shower on one of the afternoons.

Liked: Excellent location, a walkable distance from the West End. Room is absolutely fine and what you'd expect, swimming pool was small but did the job and was a nice way to spend our final morning. Staff really friendly and attentive and helpful.
