Liked: Very spacious, especially in London and clean too.
Disliked: During our first night we were up most of the night as someone was trying to get into our room from 2am-6am. We informed the staff but had no update.

Liked: Friendly welcome, helpful, pleasant staff throughout the hotel.Breakfast had a good choice. Tasty. Especially loved the honeycomb honey!Room comfortable, love the Rituals products.
Disliked: Minor issues: Coffee machine only gave half a mug of coffee.Temperature of the pool was a little on the cool side.

Liked: I was made to wait at the entrance for about 15 minutes for a lengthy "lecture" on how to use their facilities—despite having been promised a seamless transition to my room after checking in online. This frustrating delay nearly ruined my evening. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered anything like this. All that information could have easily been provided in a booklet, sparing guests the unnecessary hassle.However, they've a nice facility and everything else was superb. Probably need to retrain their front door staff!
