Liked: Room was excellent, breakfast in bed was superb. room was clean and tidy and all set up nice for me and my partner for our anniversary. great location for the shows we had booked.
Disliked: if I was to be extra picky I would say the shower could of had a little better water pressure but other than that couldn't say a bad word.

Liked: Excellent, in particular the swimmingpool, breakfest, room view and the glass bathroom door and the size of TV
Disliked: Nothing, I am absolutely happy and satisfied.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, facilities...

Liked: The staff were lovely.
Disliked: We didn't like having to know when we might want to use the pool, and you can only book an hour slot. It felt like we were back in the beginning of everything opening after COVID-19, and it was not at all busy. Plus, the pool and sauna were cold.

Liked: Excellent location to explore London. Family-friendly hotel. Helpful staff.Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Would stay there again next time in London!
Disliked: The revolving doors at the entrance were not stroller friendly, but this is a very minor issue.
