Disliked: Service at bar not up to usual standards I ordered a glass of champagne for my wife did not even get half a champagne in glass for£15

Clean, comfortable and great location

Liked: I didn't realise that breakfast wasn't included. As there is very little in the immediate vicinity having breakfast included is important. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and open spaces. Initially I was confused by the lack of written information about the hotel, but soon realised all the information was available via a QR code which is a much better idea.
Disliked: Would always prefer to have fresh milk rather than UHT cartons. As there was a small fridge in the room, this would have been easy to achieve.
