over all good.

Liked: The location is great. its clean.Staff asked me to deposit some money (don't remember exact figure probably £60) for security while i had already paid full charges for my stay. this was unexpected and unfair. Most hotels i have been to, don't do this and I was not clearly told this at the time of booking.

New, clean, comfy and great...

Liked: Fantastic staff and cleanliness. Fabulous breakfast! Great location.
Disliked: No parking so paid separately for a car park.

A bright, roomy hotel within...

Liked: This hotel was an amazing surprise , firstly the staff are so helpful and professional and the communal spaces in the hotel are super . The rooms are really well appointed with very useful furniture layouts, suitable and abundant plug points, bed lights that work and most appreciatively a hairdryer in front of a mirror !!
Disliked: Nothing !

Liked: Good proximity to Liverpool Uni for visit. New clean property
Disliked: 1. No parking - had to park in multi storey around the corner which added to overall cost of trip unexpectedly 2. A long walk from town centre
