Liked: The location is ideal for the Knowledge Quarter and only a short walk / cab ride to the city centre. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent

Liked: Clean and professional, super helpful staff and accessible.
Disliked: The room service was a little slow (asked for new towels and toilet roll- took about an hour) and the heating/air con control pad was difficult to use
