Perfect .excellent .Good. spot on

Liked: It was lovely room to stay in .lovely staff .lovely restaurant to eat .Nice bar .and nice atmosphere. In hotel best place have stay in a hotel I will be going again first time going was bods lovely every minute we was gutted when we left we didn't want to go home it felt like .on holiday .it was so relaxing. And pool was perfect and the gym was good I will 100 procent stay here this is my favourite hotel have stayed in have been to many and nothink is like this boss hotel to stay now I want to go all the time now since I first visited here I live in liverpool myself round the corner from hotel it felt like home and will defo be returning to this hotel again thank you very much
Disliked: Nothink we were so happy from when we first arrived to when we left there was nothink up and we loved it and will return again best hotel in the liverpool area if I new this was there all that time I would of gone sooner thanks the bed was so comfy best sleep ever and room was so Honley and cosy and had the best sleep ever we was so gutted we had to leave we wanted to pay for another night lol

Great hotel but they need...

Liked: Clean and very spacious
Disliked: Unfortunately, a relative had an unexpected issue, due to his health conditions, he was unable to reach the bathroom in time, which resulted in an issue with the carpet in our room.Further, there was no response or acknowledgement received from the General Manager following several emails relating to the matter. Very poor from such a big and well-established hotel group. Common courtesy should always take place even if it is to decline the proposal put forward.

Very nice hotel but customer...

Liked: The property is ideally located within the city of Liverpool. Rooms were very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my father had an unexpected issue, due to his health conditions, he was unable to reach the bathroom in time, which resulted in an issue with the carpet in our room.My father, who is in his 70s, has several medical ailments, including angina, pulmonary fibrosis, and bladder-related issues. He was deeply upset and embarrassed about what had happened, and we sincerely apologised for any inconvenience caused.While I fully acknowledge the situation, I kindly asked the hotel if it would be possible for the charge related to the carpet cleaning be reimbursed or, at the very least, reduced. No consideration or empathy for a pensioner with severe medical issues. Further, there was no response or acknowledgement received from the General Manager following several emails relating to the matter. Very poor from such a big and well-established hotel group. Common courtesy should always take place even if it is to decline the proposal put forward.

Awful! will not be using...

Disliked: We had an awful burning smell in the room which we reported to reception, the smell was so bad it has lingered and embedded into our clothes, suitcases, watches, children’s teddies basically everything we took and had packed in the cases, even clothes and other items not even taken out the cases. Reception said they would investigate and get back to us by email, I have contacted them numerous times with no communication from them. Really concerned about what we inhaled all night and the impact on health if we have had to come back and wash everything 3 times, still trying to work out how to completely wash out the inside of the cases, added to that I am asthmatic and had to use an inhaler which haven’t used for a long time like that and left with an eye irritation, red eyelids and sore! Avoid at all costs stay somewhere else
