Disliked: the sauna in the pool didnt work was broken bed had big long hairs in it stayed here during the week breakfast was £30 each food was cold

Great location, comfortable, secure, relaxing...

Liked: The staff are very well trained. Very efficient and alert in all departments, without being over intrusive. The hotel felt calm, peaceful, secure, safe. The location is ideal for all central Liverpool events. Our twin room was a perfect size to move around comfortably and with all the necessary amenities. On floor 10 so we enjoyed wonderful views over Liverpool rooftops and of the Mersey and Wirral. Excellent free WiFi. Good bar area to meet up with friends. Very good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food and very tasty croissants.
Disliked: All was good on our visit. No complaints at all.
