Liked: Stayed there many time very central for the city lovely andxwarm and roomy bedroom which was comfortable and bathroom had everything you required for a couple of days .
Disliked: The tv was hard to work to much messing around to swith it on maybe thats my fault as not up to scratch with these modern remotes lol otherwise no problems at all .9

Liked: Great room , executive suite, lots of space, lovely staff, great location , clean and very comfortable
Disliked: The cooked breakfast wasn't very nice a lot of foodwasted as not enjoyable, would definitely stay again, without breakfast

Not a 4star hotel feeling

Liked: The location was the best. Room clean.
Disliked: It seems any hotel can be rated 4stars these days. Really, the toilet was separate from the bathroom and less than 1 square meter! No locks on neither bathroom nor toilet. The room was also really small and the view was right into the next brick wall a couple of meters away. Breakfast limited for a 4star hotel. Staff friendly but when asked in the evening about transport, they said "no worries, we can order a taxi for you in the morning." When we asked in the morning they said it was not possible. Weird. The buttons in the elevator were out of function. The towel rack in the shower was broken. Expensive.

Disliked: A particular staff member in the evening seemed to go out of his way to be rude to my family , attitude was night and day from the welcome we had received earlier on In the day , exceptionally rude .it seemed to be of great inconvenience for him to assist us on our first evening.
