Liked: The room was too small for two adults and two children. The air condition didn’t work. The first night they didn’t offer a change of room. They sent a technician who said it was fixed but clearly wasn’t. We were on the 7th floor. Room was very hot and humid. We had to take multiple cold showers to cool down and sleep. The second night they offered a change of room but said the technician had visited and fixed it. We were too tired to change the room. In addition the swimming pool had closed for the season but that was not clear on booking via booking.com. Over all I was very disappointed for the amount of money paid.I expect a formal reply from booking.com to explain why the swimming pool was closed and this was not clarified. considering I searched hotels with swimming pools and got one with no swimming options on arrival.
Disliked: Staff were friendly. Location was good.
