Perfect

Liked: Ideal central location for a 2 day trip. Clean, tidy, polite and more than adequate. Didn't eat so can't comment. Parking around the back in a great underground secure carpark. Will certainly recommend and return.

Disturbed sleep overrode everything else

Liked: Good sized room
Disliked: There was noise from an air ventilator in the room which could not be switched off . This badly disturbed our sleep. Also the curtains could not be closed fully as were in a room at the top of the hotel with an alcove window. Bizarrely the toilet was separate from the bathroom down the small corridor with no sink.

Exceptional

Liked: Very well situated. Incredibly helpful and courteous staff (especially the reception person that welcomed us to the hotel).
Disliked: The sofa bed squeaked very badly. Very badly. No conditioner in the shower. Refilled glass Water bottles were stained

Perfect. Would be happy to...

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location being a few minutes walk from the old town and the central square. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We didn’t like not having a hand basin in the toilet room.

Liked: I liked the staff. They were profesional and fast
Disliked: The site mentioned there would be a bath in the room. There was not.The rooms are not well insolated, a lof of noise.
