Liked: Good location, interconnecting rooms, friendly staff.
Disliked: Menu was limited in the restaurant but tried to eat out in Lille.

Good location but not worth...

Liked: Good location, really close to the city center.
Disliked: Not comfortable. It seems that only the lobby floor has been modernized, but not for the rooms. Room really looks old. In addition, bed and pillows are not good "hotel-quality". In most hotels and especially 4-stars above you would expect the usual firm bed and pillows but you won't find it here.

Liked: It was centrally located
Disliked: Both lifts were not working and staff did not seem quick enough to sort. We are a group of ladies and 2 of us have arthritis in our knees. Having to work up and down stairs especially when we had to bring our luggage down really wasn’t acceptable. This should have been dealt with quicker. One lift was out of order when we arrived the next one went wrong the day after.Staff also were very slow at replenishing at breakfast.

Liked: I enjoyed the reception of the hotel, the lobby is nice as well. The room i got was great and clean as well.
