Liked: close to where I needed to be
Disliked: The parking was small and cramped. Room service needed to be ordered via QR code which did not work as there was no room service option on the link. When I called reception they could not help me. I also could not reach room service, or the bar to ask for support and needed to walk down to the bar myself after several tries. I placed an order at the bar and still paid 15% more. The room service food as tasteful but it was minimal in presentation. Breakfast was awful, there was not much to choose from, did not look too attractive to eat, it was overcooked and tasteless and also some of the things were actually left in the original plastic mage size packaging

Nice stay not far from...

Liked: We chose Novotel because we have to attend an invitation not far from it, so qua location it was good. 6’ from the station, a bit out of the city centre but not that far, about 15’ walk.
Disliked: Less warm feeling. “Minder gezellig” if Belgians say 😅
